We are the Agile Transformation team
During my studies in adult education and intercultural communication and various further training courses (e.g. systemic coaching, train the trainer, design thinking) I discovered my passion for teams, coaching, systemic relationships, creative solutions and agility. Through a friend, I heard about the job at 7P as an Agile Coach / Scrum Master and thought it sounded perfect – the job combines all my professional interests and has a lot of potential to continuously develop myself and others.
After a few years as a product owner in web development, I wanted to do something different. Sharing my experience in product development and the transformation of teams and companies as a consultant seemed to be the obvious step. Here at 7P I have found exactly what I was looking for: freedom to define new topics and like-minded people who support and shape change.
I originally worked in strategic media consulting, At Seven Principles Solutions & Consulting GmbH, I was able to combine my professional experience with my coaching skills and I now work as an Agile Coach. The job is great fun and really varied. I can develop my ideas freely and work on exciting projects with customers. It’s simply a great feeling to help agile teams and companies work better together so that staff finish the day smiling.
FAQ
How is your work organised?
As an agile coach at 7P, your work is divided into internal and external operations. Externally, the customer determines whether you work with them remotely or on site. Internally, we work together on a remote basis both to further develop our consulting portfolio and to improve the quality of our consulting. We exchange ideas and challenges in regular planning sessions and develop solutions together in Scrumban mode (a mixture of the Scrum and Kanban frameworks).
What team events can I look forward to?
In addition to current day-to-day business, it is very important to us that we have time as a team to develop, push ourselves and have fun together. This is what we do during our Community of Practice days, regular team days where we go on excursions together, at workshops and, of course, at the legendary Seven Principles summer and Christmas parties.
Can I get certifications through you?
Provided that you already have relevant experience in coaching and consulting, you can obtain individual certificates from us. Of course, you also have this opportunity as a Junior. In both cases, this can be coordinated in consultation with your Team Lead.
What can I expect in the case study in the second interview stage?
After we have got to know you as a person and compared your motivation and expectations with ours, we next focus on your professional knowledge. In a case study, a specific customer situation is simulated within the scope of the daily tasks of a Scrum Master or an Agile Coach role
