We are the Connectivity team
After completing my Masters in Engineering in Aachen, I was looking to start my professional life. I became aware of 7P through a job advertisement and it quickly became clear that I want to work here. I was particularly impressed by the interesting projects in the different telecommunications sectors. Every day there is something new to discover and learn. Together with my colleagues I enjoy finding solutions, integrating new apps and services and working on exciting projects.
Fresh out of uni, I was looking for a way to put what I had learned into practice. 7P gave me just that opportunity. I work on interesting and current topics, I can expand my technical skills at any time via the online learning platform and create the perfect work-life balance thanks to flexible working hours.
When I started at 7P as a Junior Consultant, I was quickly able to take on responsibility. Thanks to the wide range of training opportunities, I have been able to expand my knowledge and now as a team manager I manage not only my own projects but also my own team. No day is the same and that’s what makes 7P so exciting and varied.
I particularly enjoy my work at 7P thanks to the day-to-day variety. FAQ
Do I need to prepare anything in particular before the interview?
We have a very open company culture and therefore want to meet the real YOU right from the start. Currently, our initial conversations generally take place using MS Teams. But don’t worry, we will send you a link and you don’t need to download any additional programmes. Please check in advance that your camera and microphone are working properly. If we decide to meet in person as well at one of our sites, then we will of course refund your travel expenses.
What will happen during my induction?
Good onboarding is important to us – both on a professional and personal level. On day 1, you will be introduced to your team lead as well as your personal “buddy”. Your buddy will arrange regular chats and, like all your colleagues, will always offer an ear for any questions you may have. They will guide you through everything you need to know about 7 Principles, our tools, our consulting approach, our values and our working structure.
