After completing my studies in computer science, I quickly realised that I wanted to work in IT project management. Following a trainee programme, I discovered the consulting sector and started working at 7P. My story at 7P started when I moved from Bavaria to North Rhine-Westphalia to study. I first heard about the company while I was studying thanks to a company presentation given as part of my elective module. I instantly thought: “I want to work there!” – and I haven’t regretted it. Here, I can focus on my favourite subject of Cloud and DevOps and turn my passion into my career. It’s simply amazing to be able to work on a topic that I am passionate about every day. Thanks to varied customer projects there is no chance of getting bored and training and certifications ensure that I am always up to date.

We have a very open company culture and therefore want to meet the real YOU right from the start. Currently, our initial conversations generally take place using MS Teams. But don’t worry, we will send you a link and you don’t need to download any additional programmes. Please check in advance that your camera and microphone are working properly. If we decide to meet in person as well at one of our sites, then we will of course refund your travel expenses.

Good onboarding is important to us – both on a professional and personal level. On day 1, you will be introduced to your team lead as well as your personal “buddy”. Your buddy will arrange regular chats and, like all your colleagues, will always offer an ear for any questions you may have. They will guide you through everything you need to know about 7 Principles, our tools, our consulting approach, our values and our working structure.
